Charter Demand is also coordinating the transportation logistics of your trip with the Archdiocese of New York and will be working closely with Federal, State, and City agencies to ensure that all the travel logistic allow for the most comfortable and safe arrival for all individuals attending Papal events in New York. Every Charter Bus, Mini Bus, Sedan and other vehicles arriving at each event will be carefully coordinated with these agencies to provide maximum travel speed, security and ease of transport for each individual.

When contacting Charter Demand, please note the number of tickets that you have been allotted for the event(s) that you are booking a bus for. It will help in assessing which vehicle will be most effective for your travel.
With Charter Demand, you will get access to the following:
- Exclusive access into secure areas of each event, allowing for the closest access possible to each individual event.
- Exclusive reserved parking spots within each secure area at each event.
- Access to exclusive “bus / travel lanes” on freeways and streets to and from each event.
- Access placards for each vehicle approved by the Archdiocese of New York and other Federal, State and City agencies.
- Complete coordination with the Archdiocese of New York throughout your time in New York.
